When babies are born at St. John’s Medical Center, parents take home a “Born to Read” kit funded by the Teton County Library Foundation. Library staff, working in tandem with the Teton County Library Friends volunteers, put together the kits, which include board books, reading tools and tips as well as an incentive to visit the library. Each year, Teton County Library gives away approximately 400 Born to Read kits.
