Library Board Minutes

Present: Board members - Bill Wotkyns, Holly Hunter, Amy Robinson, Patricia Moeller; Anne Ladd was present via conference phone; Staff - Director Deb Adams.

President Bill Wotkyns called the meeting to order at 12:17 p.m. A quorum was declared.

Bill provided a summary report of his and the director's interviews with several potential consultants. The recommendation is that the board selects the services of Bob McLaurin to assist the board and director with the library reorganization and communications with the county. The recommendation also is to select the services of Carol Taylor to work with the director in the area of leadership development.

Anne Ladd moved to accept this recommendation. Holly seconded the motion. The motion passed with all in favor.

Holly moved to adjourn the meeting at 12:32 p.m. Patricia seconded. The motion passed with all in favor.
