Performs variety of computerized work in service-oriented environment assisting patrons in accessing library materials. Knowledge of literature, book review and blog experience preferred. Excellent customer service and computer skills required. Four year college degree/equivalent and conversational fluency in Spanish preferred. Evening and weekend shifts. Position in adult and youth services; indicate preference on application.

Patron Services Supervisor
Seeking professional with strong supervisory experience, exceptional customer service, and diverse computer knowledge for Front Desk oversight. Key duties as working manager for front line service point include hiring, training, evaluating and mentoring staff. Undertakes strategic and administrative planning in a team-oriented environment to provide enriched experiences for community. Current initiatives include exploring technologies and efficiencies for improving circulation of library materials and analyzing patron interests.
The successful candidate will provide active leadership for the development, implementation and assessment of evolving library services. Four year college degree required. Library experience and conversational fluency in Spanish preferred. Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts, full-time permanent exempt position.
