Increase onsite and remote access to Library collections through technological, structural and operational innovations.

Improve physical design and flow of collections

	Map current collections layout
	Determine functional needs of each collection
	Research and select shelving options for short-term and long-term

Improve community's access to collections

	Examine circulation & Interlibrary Loan policies
	Develop process for patrons to be able to place holds on items-on-order
	Improve checkout/discharge/shelving processes to get materials back on shelves faster
	Create more user-friendly interface between TCL homepage and electronic databases and online catalog, for in-house computers and remote access
