Evaluate, diversify and expand existing collections to serve traditional library uses, and to meet current and emerging community needs.

	Develop three year goal cycle for meeting community needs for collections
	Identify needs for cooperating collections
	Identify needs for special collections
	Implement a comprehensive training program for staff selectors
	Update Materials Selection Policy
