Programs The Foundation Supports

The following list identifies some but not all Library programs and services supported and funded by private monies raised through the Library Foundation: Public-access technology and the Computer Center.


All Children's programming including summer reading, book clubs, storytime, crafts, author presentations and workshops.

All Young Adult programming including Teen Homework Center, teen summer reading, author presentations and teacher resources.

Adult Outreach programming including visual art exhibits, cultural speakers, literary workshops and films.
 

Latino Services programming and services, Spanish computer classes, translation services and Spanish-language collection.

Page to the Podium, Teton County Library and Foundation's author/speaker series, elevates the literary conversation in Jackson Hole by drawing writers of the highest caliber to the valley. Featured poets, novelists, memoirists, and other great writers contribute to the community's cultural exchange, illuminating literature and ideas.



Enhancing collection development in all Library departments: Reference Collection, Young Adult Collection, Children's Collection, Spanish-language Collection, Adult Fiction and Nonfiction Collections.


Grant Writing Center with resources for grant writers and a grant mentor program.
Continuing education and training workshops for library staff.
Equipment to enhance patron visits and programs:
- Self Checker System
- Laptop Computers
- Audiovisual System
