Our Future, Your Library: Strategic Plan Progress
The Library is moving ahead with three more of its goals in 2008. This year the library looks to develop programs and services that reflect the cultural and demographic changes in the community. In addition, the Board agreed to further develop the library's model work environment. Third, the library will "operate as a fiscally responsible entity of Teton County." Just two years into the library's strategic plan timeframe of 2006 - 2010, the library has already worked through seven goals, which puts it on track to complete all thirteen goals in a timely manner.

Staff will be developing objectives for these goals even as the library implements specific actions for the goals from 2006 and 2007, which includes work on a long-term facilities master plan and programs and services for teens and seniors. To see progress to date on individual goals, please click on the "objectives" for individual goals here.
