Teton County Library Board Meeting
March 10, 2011
President Lisa Delaney called the meeting to order. Attending were board members Bill Wotkyns, Patricia Moeller, and Clark Heindl. Also attending was County Commission liaison Andy Schwartz, Library Director Deb Adams and Facilities Manager Dail Barbour.

Review FY 12 Budget Submission to County Commissioners
Deb reviewed the proposed budget (attached) for the board. She reminded them that the county has requested a level budget draft and one with a 5% decrease. A level budget would allow the library to add back some working hours for staff and the decrease version would mean that staff hours would have to be reduced again, and that the library would lose some open hours. She reviewed the cuts already made in last year’s budget; reductions in staff hours and hours of operation for the library. The board discussed the best way to remind the Commissioners of these steps as part of this year’s request.
Clark moved to approve the Draft FY 12 budget as presented for submission to the Teton County Commission, Bill seconded, all voted in favor.
Clark then moved to continue the Teton County Library Board Meeting to March 17, 2011 at 3:00PM for all regular business and action items, Bill seconded, all voted in favor.
