Operate as a fiscally responsible entity of Teton County.
- Continue to use strategic plan and annual planning as the foundation for the annual budget.
- Continue to comply with all applicable state statutes and County policies regarding cash management.
- Annually review library policies and procedures for financial accountability.
- Annually review financial control measures.
- Maintain an inventory of library building systems and equipment.
- Review library’s investment policy annually.
- Continue to comply with all applicable state statutes and County policy regarding records retention.
- Continue to comply with all applicable state statutes and County policy regarding employee compensation and benefits.
- Continue to maintain appropriate cash and capital repairs reserves.
- Utilize County policies, such as 10X10 and Energy Efficiency Assessment, to direct and inform financial decision.
