Looking for a CM@R
The Library will begin soliciting Requests for Qualifications from firms to be the general contractor for the project on January 26. Interested parties will have three weeks to respond. After that, the Library’s Selection Committee will review submissions, interview potential candidates and make a recommendation to the Library Board in March.
We’re expecting to submit our application to the Town of Jackson next month. Our pre-applications meetings with all agencies went well, so I feel good about being able to get through the formal process fairly smoothly. If all goes well, we will still be looking at beginning sitework in June 2011.
