My First Computer Guide
By: Chris Oxlade
School Library Journal Review
K-Gr 2 These guides provide essential information for the youngest 21st-century learners. Composed in easy-to-understand language, each book gradually introduces concepts such as the basics for using computers, email, and how the Internet works. Packed with bright photographs and fact-filled word balloons, these simply written, accessible titles will most likely function best when combined with hands-on lessons, showing how books and computers both provide information about new technology. Although they may become quickly dated, due to the ever-changing nature of their subject, these resources are appropriate for early-learning reference collections.
