Partners in Home Buyer Education." This partnership, organized by
the Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA) and Fannie Mae, is
a public-private collaboration created to increase access to home-buyer
education for families in remote Wyoming communities.

The Teton County Housing Authority was created to provide housing opportunities
