Wren is the kind of cook who knows what he wants to eat, but might not know how to make it. To satisfy his tastes, he spends a lot of time exploring our cookbook section, where he finds new flavors and recipes from all over the world. Wren values authentic ingredients and methods that have stood the test of time, as well as technical kitchen work like butchering, preserving, and creating sauces.
