About the workshops

Research shows that strong parent-child relationships lead to positive outcomes for children, yet sometimes our children’s behaviors can be infuriating! While the relationship part may come easy, challenges occur with misbehavior, disciplining, or teaching our children the skills they need to become respectful and kind adults. During these interactive workshops, we'll discuss discipline strategies that are drawn from brain science and research-backed ideas of what children need, and what we as parents need in order to respond calmly to our children and set important limits. Please bring a discipline challenge to discuss in small groups.
