Hoopla Digital Checkout Limits Have Changed
Resident/Non-Resident and Seasonal cardholders borrowing limit = 6/month. Valley of the Tetons Reciprocal cardholders borrowing limit = 4/month. New borrowing limits begin December 1, 2025.
